Free inspections and written estimates are offered at our sole discretion to property owners located within our service area. We reserve the right to decline any inspection or estimate request. Any estimate we provide is based on the information you supply and the conditions we observe at the time of inspection; the actual scope, price, or feasibility of work may change if underlying conditions differ from what was disclosed or observed.
An estimate is not a contract. Work will only commence after a separate written work agreement is signed by both parties.
3. SMS Text Messaging
By providing your phone number on our contact form or by any other means, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us about your inquiry, appointment, and service updates. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You can request assistance by replying HELP.
